Saiful Bahari Amra Ramly is Senior Manager of the Corporate Affairs Division at the Land Custody & Development Authority (LCDA), with over 25 years of experience in community development, public engagement, urban and rural planning, and socio-economic research. A PLANMalaysia-registered Social Impact Assessment Assessor and Provider, he is also Vice President of the Malaysian Association of Social Impact Assessment and a member of Sarawak’s SIA Technical Committee for urban renewal. He has presented at IAIA conferences internationally and serves on UNIMAS’s Industrial Advisory Panel. He is currently pursuing a PhD focusing on GIS applications in social impact assessment and urban development.
