Traci is an independent consultant and practitioner in Social Impact Assessment (SIA) and High Conservation Value (HCV) assessment, with experience in the plantation sector. Her work involves social and environmental assessments, stakeholder engagement, community consultation, socio-economic research, and sustainability-related studies. She has been involved in SIA and HCV assessments for plantation operations across Malaysia, engaging with local communities, Indigenous Peoples, workers, government agencies, neighboring land users, industry stakeholders, and project proponents. Her workplaces particular emphasis on meaningful stakeholder participation, identification of social risks and impacts, community well-being, biodiversity conservation, and understanding community relationships with and dependence on natural resources.
