Lany Harijanti is ASEAN Regional Program Manager at the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and a development professional with over 25 years of experience working alongside international organizations, governments, and the private sector across Southeast Asia. Since joining GRI in 2018, she has helped strengthen sustainability reporting among listed companies and SMEs in Indonesia and throughout ASEAN. Her expertise includes ESG, sustainability reporting, human rights due diligence, gender equality, health governance, local economic development, anti-human-trafficking, and youth inclusion. She has also supported UNDP Indonesia and ILO Indonesia on human rights due diligence initiatives, fostering collaboration, capacity-building, and positive social impact regionally.
