TPr Dr. Gobi Krishna Sinniah is currently a Senior Lecturer in Department of Urban & Regional Planning, Faculty of Built Environment and Surveying, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Dr. Gobi is a Registered Town Planner (TPr.) with the Board of Town Planners. He obtained his Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning in 2005 and Master of Science in Planning-Resource and Environmental Management in 2009. He pursued his Doctorate study co-supervised by a Professor from Newcastle University, United Kingdom. Dr. Gobi has been appointed as consultant in many consultation projects on Transportation and Social Impact Assessment nationwide and at international level. Currently served as an EXCO Member in Malaysian Association of Social Impact and appointed as the expert review panel by PLANMalaysia at the federal and state level. He is also a certified social impact practitioner and evaluator.
